Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

Lead the design, development, and operation of Data Center / IT systems infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals, high availability, and optimal server architecture.

Collaborate with IT Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Engineers, and Functional Leads to provide oversight, create solution architecture deliverables, and manage roadmaps.

Manage and maintain client infrastructure, including storage, server, network, and virtual environments, while troubleshooting escalated issues and overseeing upgrades.

Utilize Agile project management methods to ensure timely and efficient delivery of infrastructure and architecture solutions, while performing capacity planning and performance optimization.

Mentor less experienced engineers, provide training, and contribute to the development and maintenance of system administration best practices, policies, and documentation.

Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures, establish vendor relationships, and ensure proactive monitoring and automation of system tasks.

Abilities: Ability to design, manage, and optimize data center and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), virtualization environments (VMware, Azure VMs), network systems (Cisco, Palo Alto), storage solutions (Infinidat, EMC), and operating systems (Windows, Linux), with proficiency in scripting (Powershell, Python) and database administration (MS SQL, Azure DB), while ensuring alignment with ITIL/NIST standards and translating complex technologies into valuable business solutions.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in systems, network administration and engineering.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Location: Hybrid; 25% in office in Boston and 25% in data center in Andover, MA
