Unreal Engine is a high-performance software development suite created by Epic Games that empowers today’s digital creators to craft real-time, high-fidelity interactive experiences for games, film, TV, VR, architectural visualization, product design, and manufacturing. As part of the Unreal Engine Marketing team, we help develop, manage, measure, and enhance Epic campaigns across multiple verticals and channels.

What You'll Do

You will accelerate the growth of Unreal Engine among some of the biggest brands in the world. You will blend the art of content strategy with the science of growth marketing. You will showcase and create industry-leading campaigns to launch new products and services, educate and inform strategic partners, and showcase the leading-edge work of how companies are leveraging Unreal Engine to produce films, animate TV shows, power innovation inside cutting-edge cars, and design products that place brands at the center of culture.

In this role, you will

  • Build growth marketing plans to reach key decision-makers across industries, including media & entertainment, automotive, fashion, retail, and architecture. 
  • Develop integrated plans for events, campaign launches, and product releases. Design cross-platform campaigns that incorporate web, social, video, sponsorships, and influencer marketing.
  • Move campaigns from concept to execution and collaborate with the paid media team to reach key customers and prospects. Develop a data-backed approach to communication plans to drive customer growth and ROI. Assess key metrics to optimize plans and improve the efficacy of marketing spend. 
  • Translate customer stories into co-marketing efforts with innovative brands, studios, and industry leaders using Unreal Engine. 
  • Develop industry-specific positioning that demonstrates the value of Epic’s ecosystem of products and services. Create narratives and sales enablement tools to help companies unlock the value of Unreal Engine.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience marketing B2B software to enterprise companies and Fortune 500 brands. Insight or experience in positioning 3D visualization software is a plus.
  • Ability to infuse product positioning into content strategies and develop account-based marketing plans. 
  • Superior eye for detail as you move projects from concept to review and execution.
  • Experience working with large-scale brands to develop co-marketing campaigns

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA & NYC).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
