Senior Industry Marketing and Communications Manager, Priceline Partner Solutions

We are looking for a best-in-class, strategic communicator to support our B2B division, Priceline Partner Solutions (PPS). In this critical role, you will partner with both the Priceline Brand and PPS teams to build, implement, and execute an industry marketing and communications strategy to increase PPS’ profile, presence, positioning, messaging and profile within the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of communications and industry relations, a proven track record of successful GTM campaigns, and demonstrated experience within the travel, B2B & partner ecosystem.
In this role you will get to:

Communications + Industry Relations

Build out a PPS-specific communications strategy and plan to cement PPS’s leadership in market and drive awareness and interest in PPS products and services

Develop press releases and communications materials to execute against above comms plan
-
Recommend and manage execution of approach for broader PPS industry relations, specifically: conference/event engagement and participation, executive visibility + speaking opportunities, and associated messaging and talking points

Work with external PR agency for additional support as appropriate

Under direction from Sr. Director of External Communications, ensure alignment of above with master Priceline communications, executive visibility and conference strategies while executing specifically in support of driving the PPS agenda within the industry

Marketing Strategy + Messaging Framework

Develop a concrete understanding of the PPS target customer and personas, their needs and motivations

Translate key insights into clear messaging around PPS products and service

With oversight from the Brand Strategy + Research team, implement PPS-oriented research as needed, such as PPS brand tracker, partner-oriented surveys, new message testing, etc.

Product Marketing

Create launch plans for new product launches across channels, including: website/landing pages, PR strategy, partner emails, sales decks + collateral, announcement videos, talking points, blog posts / articles, etc.

Brief and manage internal design resources to execute necessary product marketing materials, ensuring alignment with broader Priceline Brand positioning and Brand Guidelines

Inform and collaborate with PPS Sales leadership on creation of sales decks and other associated content in support of key products

Develop KPIs and report on results/impact of marketing and communications efforts, ensuring ongoing optimizations and learnings are applied

Cross-Functional Integration + Cohesion

Streamline co-branding opportunities and other marketing requirements between PPS business team and Brand, Design and other cross-functional teams

Who you are:

7-10+ years of related experience in marketing communications or industry relations. Experience in travel / tech / B2B space preferred
-
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
-
A confident self-starter able to influence, prioritize, move projects forward and collaborate cross-functionally, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Creative thinker with experience developing and executing 360 go-to-market strategies and press materials for new products, technologies and partnerships

Ability to synthesize complex technology and and strategy into digestible and compelling narratives and materials

A passionate communicator with a pulse on the latest industry news, emerging trends and events

Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation

A reliable contributor with equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic development and tactical daily execution

You sweat the details and have excellent organizational skills.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 USD
