About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Partner to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking Human Resources (HR) team; providing support to management within the following divisions: Branch Oversight & Support and Branch Systems & Transformation. The HR Business Partner often works in conjunction with Lead HR Business Partners to execute HR strategies and solutions, spanning areas including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and development, inclusion, employee engagement, manager effectiveness, leadership coaching, and more. This partner acts as a trusted advisor to management and will play a critical role in ensuring alignment of HR initiatives to key business priorities and strategic objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large-scale planning related to Human Resources Business Partner deliverables
- Lead the consultation, advice, and hands-on support for the execution of human capital strategies, resolutions, and leadership initiatives in support of strategic business decisions
- Advise business leaders by asking the right questions, developing organizational and cultural knowledge, sharing observations, data, and themes relating to specific human resources products and services in order to develop and implement human resources solutions
- Enhance and drive the effective and efficient delivery of specialized services to ensure leadership receives the appropriate resources required to fulfill people related requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Embrace the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating with partners to positively influence outcomes
- Act as a change agent to support business transformation initiatives
- Promote a positive work culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and overall engagement
- Drive execution of annual processes including goal setting performance appraisal process compensation planning
- Partner with management and recruiting to support our talent acquisition strategy including our approach to source, assess, select top talent
- Able to leverage human capital metrics, including attrition, hiring and engagement to identify trends, forecast workforce and staffing needs and support data driven decisions
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Human Resources Advisory or Human Resource Business Partner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to branch banking, consumer banking products and services, contact centers or experience working in a major global financial institution or regulated retail environment
- Experience working within a matrixed organization and ability to effectively collaborate with and influence HR peers and partners
- Knowledge and understanding of employee relations as part of a human resources function
- Leads with a risk mindset, identifying, escalating, mitigating and managing employment related risks
- Labor relations expertise (or relevant HR experience in an organized environment and/or Labor Law expertise)
- Operates with a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability
- Adept at the creation and development of executive level presentations which present information in a visually compelling manner
- Ability to use data and insights to tell a compelling story.
- Strong project management skills, able to establish strategic action plans, drive execution and deliver desired outcomes or results
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and influence at all levels within the organization
- Strategic thinker with strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong team player who thrives in a partnership-oriented culture
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to develop HR strategies to support the achievement of business priorities

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
