The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, the successful candidate will be a core member of our HR team. Responsible for ensuring effective HR operation and experience for our employees from onboarding through to offboarding. In addition, will execute HR operations tasks and requirements across multiple jurisdictions utilizing several HR systems; Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Learning.

Responsibilities
- Manage all onboarding of new employees including documentation, welcome and induction, and supporting managers.
- Ensure the best possible employee experience throughout their time at ESW.
- Host the HR induction in all our jurisdictions.
- Provide mentorship and support to managers and colleagues on general HR policy, process, and procedures.
- Become a subject matter expert on our Movers, Leavers and Joiners policy.
- Become an expert on audit requirements and the point of contact in the team.
- Actively seek out areas to improve and streamline processes in a way that builds frictionless customer experiences and scalability for a growing function.
- Manage and maintain our HR Systems while continuously seeking improvements/automation opportunities with our current tools.
- Support the HR and Payroll functions with HR/Payroll/Benefits related projects when required, i.e., salary reviews and adhoc requests.
- Manage and support all work permit visa requirements for new and existing employees and ensuring compliance.
- Manage all employee paperwork requests such as bank forms, reference letters, etc.
- Manage and consult with employees regarding all family leave requests and ensure relevant paperwork and systems are updated.
- Aid the HR team in maintaining policies, contracts, and other HR documents and templates in accordance with legal requirements and standard processes.
- Partner closely with wider HR team including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and other centres of excellence to ensure an effective HR operation.
Requirements
- 4-5 years’ work experience in a fast-paced HR Operations role.
- Experience with Workday – modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, and Help.
- Experience with Spain social security management (SEPE) and DEHU maintenance and engagement.
- Experienced in a broad range of HR Operations topics and procedures with a focus on building balanced processes and delivering for the customer.
- Good working knowledge of Spanish employment law and confidence to learn, improve and research topics.
- Qualification in HR or related field.
- Great teammate and proven ability to effectively partner.
- Good Excel skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good numerical & analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Ability to engage with collaborators at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience working with France employees and jurisdictions and/or proficient in French.
- Experience dealing with employees in multiple countries across EMEA, APJ, and North America.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills – ability to provide analysis and presentations to HR leadership time when required.
- Experienced and comfortable with a broad range of HR systems and other technologies.
