Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and support our growing HR team. This role will involve strategic planning, policy development, and providing leadership across all HR functions, including recruitment, engagement, training, and operations. As the Senior HR Manager, you’ll be instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with our company goals, nurturing a people-first culture, and ensuring smooth execution across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the HR team
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Oversee the recruitment process and team in meeting hiring targets.
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Supervise training and development initiatives led by the Engagement & Training department.
- Ensure efficient HR operations and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and processes as needed.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to guide decision-making and improvements.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their professional growth and contribution.
- Manage performance management cycles and guide leaders in handling employee relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, engagement, training, HR operations, and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple functions and lead a small team.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a tech or software house environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and platforms
- Certifications like SHRM or SHRM would be a plus
