Job Description Summary

#TeamAAM is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Bluffton, Indiana. This is a fully onsite position.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude and has a customer-centric approach to support associates, leaders, and others to meet business needs. Experience with Workday or another cloud-based HRIS platform is preferred. The ability to speak Spanish in addition to English (bilingual) is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Assists with employment processing, records management, and completing personnel transactions.
• Facilitates new hire orientations.
• Supports coaching associates.
• Assists with HR compliance activities such as Applicant Flow Logs and Unemployment Claims.
• Supports organizational change materials and processing.
• Completes special human resources projects and supports associate engagement events.
• Maintains confidence and keeps information confidential.
• Follows legal requirements by making sure adherence to requirements.
• Contributes to human resources and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
