Job Summary: The HYBRID Senior HR Data Analyst is responsible for analysis to support strategy development, evaluation of Human Capital projects, and monthly/quarterly reporting. This role is key in interpreting business situations to develop quality, timely, impactful analysis and effectively communicate the strategic implications in a collaborative manner. The senior analyst will regularly interpret complex information and translate it into meaningful presentation materials, including graphs, charts, infographics, and other data visualizations. This position supports company initiatives with ad-hoc analysis on matters including performance analytics, strategic initiatives, and financial simulations. This hybrid role will report to the BedQuarters location in Houston 3 days and may work remotely the other 2 days each week.  

 

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate Human Capital projects. 

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis of varying complexity which may include calculations of turnover, sales performance, and other operational KPI’s. 

  • Analyze and review data, resolve questions or problems, and implement solutions. 

  • Utilize financial models to evaluate proposed Human Capital projects. Evaluate multiple options for each project to determine solutions for maximizing project returns. 

  • Create what-if business models to analyze potential outcomes from strategic decisions. 

  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting packages and build new packets where needs arise, including development of dashboards. 

  • Develop and maintain tools that can be used to quickly respond to key questions and changes. 

  • Produce high-quality, timely reports and presentations to effectively communicate analysis findings and strategic implications. 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to interpret business situations and provide actionable insights. 

  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. 

  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. 

  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. 

  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. 

  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations. 

 

Non-Essential Responsibilities 

  • Direct involvement in HR policy development or implementation. 

  • Execute Company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor 

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 

  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Finance or related field or related work experience required 

  • Master's Degree MBA/MS HR preferred 

 

Professional Experience 

  • 5+ years Data analysis, HR analytics, or related fields required 

  • 2+ years Human Resources/Human Capital experience preferred 

  • 2+ years retail environment experience preferred

$75,000 - $78,000
