About the Role:

As the Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Enablement, you will lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of enablement programs designed to elevate the performance of our global GTM teams and drive success for our customers. This role is pivotal in equipping the GTM team with the knowledge, skills, processes, and tools needed to excel, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that supports retention and accelerates revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Chief of Staff, this highly cross-functional position collaborates with key stakeholders, including Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Renewals, and Professional Services, to design and implement scalable processes that support the success of our GTM teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute impactful enablement programs for our global pre-sales and post-sales GTM teams to drive revenue growth, accelerate customer acquisition, and promote continuous learning and development.
  • Lead and manage our customer education team, ensuring customers are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to fully leverage Productboard’s solution.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key metrics and feedback, refining training approaches and optimizing tool adoption strategies for maximum impact.

Enablement & Training

  • Facilitate engaging workshops and live training sessions to drive skill development, product knowledge, adoption of GTM tools, and ensure alignment across global regions. This will require early morning sessions to accommodate multiple time zones.
  • Lead the creation and execution of scalable onboarding programs that ensure the seamless integration of new hires and teams into the broader GTM strategy.
  • Create and maintain on-demand learning content and enablement documentation, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs, to support and empower GTM teams. 

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with PMM and Product teams to develop compelling, value-driven training programs for product releases, while sharing best practices to evolve and refine our approach.
  • Partner with sales and customer-facing teams to identify and address knowledge gaps, empowering them to effectively communicate value propositions and accelerate sales.
  • Influence key stakeholders and drive organizational alignment around enablement strategies, success metrics, and operational best practices.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience leading GTM enablement initiatives, with a strong track record of implementing and scaling tools, training programs, and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and drive business results.
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong background in designing and executing onboarding programs for global teams, ensuring seamless integration into GTM strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to identify knowledge gaps and implement training solutions that enhance communication and sales effectiveness.
  • Experience leading customer education initiatives and creating resources that empower customers to fully leverage a product's capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate performance through metrics, feedback, and data-driven insights to continuously optimize enablement strategies and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives from strategy through execution.
