Job Title: Senior GTM Specialist

Location: Cupertino

Job type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Intended Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Your Role:

  • Based on product characteristics and target positioning, organize and develop the GTM plan for product launches.
  • Monitor the implementation process of the GTM plan, align the progress of research and development, marketing, sales, delivery, and service, and coordinate across multiple departments to ensure the timely launch of new products and manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Product management: Based on market trends, organize and set overall targets, decompose them into various channels, coordinate each channel to achieve overall sales targets, track sales performance, and be responsible for the sales indicators throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Production and supply coordination: Align the backend supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in international marketing or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of sales operations experience, with a proven track record in managing successful sales teams.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, able to effectively manage and motivate the sales team.
  • Familiar with basic theories and methods of marketing and sales management, with the ability to conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarine and English are preferred.
