Position Overview
Fingerprint seeks a data-driven and detail-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts across multiple paid channels, primarily search.
In this role, you will report to the Sr. Mgr, Demand Generation and work within the Growth team. You will develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive paid marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, increase conversions, and improve ROI. You will manage our user acquisition budget while working cross-functionally to achieve aggressive growth targets through performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Lead the user acquisition strategy and execution of performance paid marketing channels while overseeing creative testing operations across all channels.
- Develop and manage campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Reddit, G2 and other relevant channels.
- Identify and test new channels to unlock higher volume in alignment with CAC and ROAS goals.
- Ensure all campaign messaging and creative assets align with brand positioning and guidelines.
- Ensure all campaign targeting aligns with ICP and persona strategies
Performance Optimization
- Implement comprehensive keyword strategies and maintain an optimized keyword portfolio in collaboration with content marketing
- Manage bids and budgets across all channels to optimize for target CPC, CAC, and ROAS goals
- Design and execute sophisticated A/B testing programs with different ad copy, bidding strategies, sitelinks, targeting options and landing pages.
- Analyze test results through multivariate and incrementality testing to extract meaningful insights
- Develop and manage landing page copy and design to optimize for acquisition
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Design & Web Dev teams to elevate acquisition surface standards, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution
- Collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, and other stakeholders to bring campaigns to life
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to Growth leadership to drive alignment on growth objectives
Analytics & Reporting
- Define, drive, and measure KPIs for each campaign
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Monitor and optimize attribution methodologies in partnership with the Revenue Operations and Analytics team
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign strategies, tests, and learnings
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 4-5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth under set CAC/ROAS targets and managing significant budgets
- Strong experience in testing and scaling new performance marketing channels
- Deep expertise in digital & web performance user acquisition
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency with major advertising platforms including Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Sigma/Looker Studio/Tableau, and other performance tracking platforms
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads preferred
Compensation Range
$100k -150k OTE For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
