The Role
The Square Partner Ecosystem drives value to Sellers from all Square audiences. Its numerous product surfaces allow Sellers to discover 3rd-party partner app integrations, channel offers, and consultant and marketing agencies that help them run, streamline, and grow their business. These partners also offer a unique opportunity to not only help Square retain Sellers but generate new lead generation opportunities.
We are seeking a Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager to drive Square's growth globally by supporting our local teams in each of our international locations and activating our global partner ecosystem to refer new Sellers to Square. You will be building frameworks and templates to support the local GTM teams in executing partner co-marketing activities, owning marketing relationships with tier 1 global partners, developing and executing full-funnel go-to-market activities, and creating strategies that build awareness, generate demand, and deliver measurable results. You will have experience in partner marketing across various channels, serving as a primary contact for both local and international partners, and demonstrating strong intercultural awareness. You will report to the Partner Marketing Lead.
You Will

  • Collaborate with local in-country teams to develop and implement co-marketing strategies to drive new Sellers to Square through partners in specific markets.
  • Partner with local teams to analyze seller segments and partner capabilities to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners across various Square audiences.
  • Build framework and templates to help local teams easily design and execute co-marketing initiatives that highlight the value propositions of Square and its partners. All aimed at driving awareness and top-of-funnel to Square.
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 global partners to create compelling marketing content, including case studies, white papers, and promotional materials.
  • Advise on joint marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Square's brand and messaging while meeting local and global partner objectives.
  • Support local teams in the development of lead-generation strategies in collaboration with partners to attract new customers to Square through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Share learnings and tools that help track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future marketing efforts and demonstrate the impact of partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to internal stakeholders, showcasing the effectiveness of partner marketing strategies.
  • Work with Square's international sales team, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partner marketing activities and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions into Square's offerings and marketing materials effectively


You Have

  • 8+ years of Partner Marketing Experience; global is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and collaboratively executing successful partner marketing programs, experience with channel partners is a plus
  • The ability to stand up programs in different geos around the world leveraging the in-market GTM lead for collaboration and execution
  • Ability to identify opportunities to streamline or scale processes and work without direction in these areas
