Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Global Mobility Associate provides high touch, customer service-focused support and guidance to candidates, employees, and managers regarding the perm recruitment process. This includes working with appropriate partners, such as legal, managers, HR, third party vendors, etc. In this role, you will interact regularly with foreign national population within DISH and their managers, including answering questions and resolving complex issues. The role applies advanced knowledge to manage projects/processes while working independently with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds strong relationships with and serves as main point for hiring managers during the perm recruitment process
- Oversees perm recruitment processes to ensure actions are happening on schedule; actively monitors applicant flow, providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Effectively communicates with candidates, employees, and appropriate partners such as business managers, legal, and HR throughout the immigration process
- Working knowledge of US immigration law and visa types including, but not limited to, H-1B, F-1, L, TN and O-1
- Ensures accurate tracking and timely processing for all perm recruitment roles
- Reviewing immigration information requests in the shared mailbox and triaging responses
- Acts as a subject matter expert and resource to hiring managers on the perm recruitment process
- Communicates decisions and on-going expectations with candidates and employees
- Proactively identifies areas of opportunity including process improvement and training needs; appropriately involves stakeholders, as needed
- Supports immigration related projects or initiatives
- Proactively identifies areas of concern and high risk with individual cases and involves legal when appropriate
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher strongly preferred
- 4+ years experience with HR, Global Mobility, or Customer Service focused role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Immigration related matters a plus
- Read and interpret documents such as operating/maintenance/procedure instructions and safety rules
- Proficiency with the Google Suite, including but not limited to, Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel
- Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $38.71/Hour
