Business Title: Senior Global Compensation Analyst

Position Type:  FT

Location: Clayton, Mo 8020 Forsyth

Reports To: Director, Compensation (Enterprise)

Position Description:

The Senior Compensation Analyst is an essential member of the Global Compensation team, with a focus on compensation structure, design and implementation across multiple countries.   This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, influence compensation strategy, and develop processes that impact the organization’s global compensation framework.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Expert Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to People Team Partners and Business Leaders on compensation-related topics, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity.
  • Country-Specific Pay Structures: Contribute to the development and implementation of country-specific pay structures, ensuring alignment with local market conditions and organizational goals.
  • Benchmarking & Data Analysis: Participate in salary benchmark surveys, benchmark roles across the organization, and conduct in-depth data analysis and modeling to assess the design and costing of pay structures.
  • STI and LTI Administration: Support the Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) administration cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and team member performance.
  • Job Evaluations & Global Job Leveling: Conduct job evaluations and ensure adherence to global job leveling architecture, ensuring consistency and fairness in job classification across the organization.
  • Collaboration with People Technologies: Partner with the People Technologies (Workday) team to enhance compensation-related business processes and systems, driving continuous improvements in compensation management.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in compensation, finance, or analytical consulting roles, with global compensation experience being highly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and model large data sets in Excel.
  • Global Compensation Expertise: Experience in global compensation practices, particularly the ability to design and implement compensation strategies across different countries.

Work Environment:

This is an office position.

Position Type:

This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs.
