JR53363 Senior Global Business Partner - OMT

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Global Business Partners with senior leaders across the assigned business group. 
  • Provide enhanced enablement and implementation of people programs. 
  • Provides insights to the Global Executive Business Partner to advise People strategies and supports the implementation.
  • Partner with Senior Directors / Directors people leaders to provide 1:1 mentorship, and guidance related to career growth and planning, development, and other People matters.
  • Partners with Senior Directors / Directors leaders to provide support, mentoring, and guidance on the following People programs, tools, and processes:
  • o    Reach Performance Annual Reviews, Check-Ins, and Promotions
  • o    Annual base pay, stock, and bonus review cycle
  • o    Conduct Team member engagement survey, Performance Support Plans (PSP), corrective action, demotions, and conflict resolution.
  • o    Organization management (org structure, job title alignment and mapping)
  • o    Shares customer feedback on People programs with centers of excellence through appropriate channels.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of key technical priorities facing the organization; use technical knowledge to develop people solutions that are unique to the business.
  • Partner in the identification, development, and implementation of HR solutions across a given geography, site, or function to interpret and align global programs to meet unique business and geographic needs when appropriate.
  • Promote continuous improvement by providing business feedback to responsible HR teams.
  • Communicate HR Policies and advises team members and leaders on direction.
  • Promote accountability and alignment through the identification, development, and use of HR business metrics.
  • Direct leaders and team members to other HR resources and escalation paths as needed.
  • Develop and analyze ad hoc reporting packages, include, and not limited to turnover/ Overtime / Headcount etc.
  • Extract data from various sources and compile into digestible forms that support informed decision making.
  • Shares observations and insights from partnerships with Senior Directors / Directors leaders with Global Executive Business Partners to advise functional and regional People strategies.
  • Strategic workforce planning; Global footprint optimization/refresh; People movement (Acquisitions, divestitures, site closures, RIFs) Organization design, transition change management
  • Diversity and inclusion strategy
  • VP Onboarding (org specific)
  • Provides mentorship to Global Executive Business Partners regarding best practices.

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HRBP experience.
  • Good command of English and able to communicate accurately to the relevant parties and partners
  • MNC working environment would be an added advantage economy, enabling advances in artificial intelligence and 5G applications that unleash opportunities — from the data center to the intelligent edge and across the client and mobile user experience.
