PDMI is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team! As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll design and develop high-performance, scalable applications using cutting-edge technologies like React, TypeScript, Go, NodeJS, and Python.

We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

What You'll Do:
- Build high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and optimize backend services using Go, NodeJS, and Python.
- Design and deploy microservices on AWS (Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ensure system performance and data integrity using SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Leverage AI and large language models (LLMs) to enhance code quality and streamline development.
- Drive best practices in application security, performance tuning, and automated testing.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in full-stack roles.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript for front-end development.
- Strong backend experience in Go, NodeJS, or Python.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- The ability to interact with Large Language Models and provide the right context, to efficiently deliver high quality code, documentation and tests.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and application security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PBM or claims processing experience – familiarity with healthcare transactions is a huge plus!
- Experience with data queues and rules engines to support real-time decision-making.
