What we’re hiring for:
We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Frontend Software Engineer based in Chennai, India.
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
- Design of web application architectures in accordance with product requirements
- Development and unit testing of responsive web applications supported by RESTful APIs to be used across the globe
- Triaging and resolving bugs for web applications
- Reviewing peer work for accuracy, policy compliance, and effectiveness
- Providing feedback on UX/UI designs based on technical feasibility
- Managing code repository, branches, commits, and code merges as part of delivery
- Providing technical leadership for web application development
- Communicating technical information, both written and verbal, effectively to other team members, teams and customers of varying technical experience
- Working collaboratively with other team members, teams and customers on projects, and other similar or related tasks
- At a minimum should be familiar with the following programming languages, frameworks, and tools: ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Selenium, Jira, git, Bitbucket, Jenkins
- Experience about Java back end system will be a big plus, such Java, RESTful API, MySQL
