What Makes You a Great Fit:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Growth Engineering team. In this role, you will focus on building intuitive, and scalable user interfaces that drive our growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, leveraging technologies like ReactJS, TypeScript, Postgres, and AWS within a serverless architecture.
You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager, Growth Engineering.
We ask that you have in-office collaboration for 3 days per week in our Palo Alto, CA office.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead the development of user-centric frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Optimize frontend performance and ensure applications are fast, responsive, and accessible.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for frontend development, including code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability of the frontend codebase.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Let’s Connect If You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Experience building scalable and responsive web applications with modern frontend technologies.
- Proficiency in integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs using REST or GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- A lean mindset - Focus on delivering customer value by minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing in an iterative manner.
- Experience in growth-focused engineering projects or A/B testing frameworks is highly desired.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Postgres and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Annualized Pay Range
$160,000—$200,000 USD
