What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (React) with at least 5 years of experience on large-scale projects to join our vibrant Engineering team. This is primarily a frontend role, so your focus will be on building outstanding user interfaces and experiences. However, if you happen to have solid backend expertise—especially in Ruby on Rails—that’s more than welcome! The role can be based in Greece or any country in the EU. ✨
What You Will Work On

- Own the Frontend: Develop new features and maintain existing components using React (hooks, state management, form builders, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with our Product, Data Science, and Design teams to build well-researched, high-impact features—our devs have plenty of product ownership!
- Partner with QA & MLOps to ensure our applications stay happy and healthy
- Solve challenging technical problems and work with complex data to deliver user-friendly experiences
- Mentor junior engineers (and keep learning a ton yourself!)

What You BringFrontend Focus
- React Proficiency: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React (including hooks, context, and state management)
- JavaScript & TypeScript: Strong skills in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript concepts
- Micro-Frontends: Experience or knowledge in micro-frontends is a plus
- Testing Enthusiasm: Experience with unit testing or end-to-end testing frameworks (like Jest or Cypress) is beneficial
- Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of browser mechanics, performance, security, and best practices
(Awesome) Bonus Points
- Backend Know-How: Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is highly appreciated—even though our primary focus here is on frontend!
