You will conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to group members, troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolution. You will mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the group. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improving your skills and knowledge, will be part of your roadmap.

What should you have?
