Role Summary
Support Global Head of FP&A and the Business and Control and Support Partners in the preparation of financial management and disclosure information, to include monthly board reporting packs, trend and variance analyses and revenues and costs. Prepare financial analysis, identify and drive improvements to processes to deliver insightful, timely and accurate analysis and reporting for management reporting and external disclosures. Participate in and support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, producing management and investor presentations, and responding to ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with and support the Business and Control and Support Partners to deliver insightful, timely and accurate analysis and reporting for management reporting and external disclosures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insightful data and identify key drivers, KPls and metrics for corporate planning.
- Evaluate and enhance management reporting processes to make better use of available data.
- Lead the development of FP&A reporting to meet the standards of a listed environment. Provide key financial metrics to investors and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and insights effectively to support decision-making and investor relations activities.
- Collaborate with the FP&A Director in delivering high-quality board pack reporting. Prepare financial analysis, performance metrics, and strategic updates to provide accurate and timely information to the board of directors.
- Participate in and support the annual forecasting and budgeting cycle. Work closely with the Business and Control and Support Partners to gather input, review financial projections, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, implementing reporting tools, and data analysis capabilities. Implement best practices to drive efficiency, accuracy, and the quality of financial analysis and reporting.

- Experience in a similar area, preferably in supporting similar businesses, with the financial and business acumen to understand financial statements and Business and Control and Support function plans.

- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
