Job Description:
Join our Commercial and Global Alliances finance team as a Finance Business Partner. You will act as the primary finance contact for the Strategic Alliance and Dysport asset teams, providing strategic guidance and financial oversight to maximize the potential of the Dysport brand and our strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Commercial Dysport teams across divisions to provide strategic guidance on growth initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of strategic alliances (Galderma & Servier/PEI) during actual and financial planning processes.
- Develop strong collaboration with Ipsen’s partners, including Alliances management, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply, and Legal.
- Support strategy (5YP, LRP) and business review preparations.
- Continuously improve finance processes and tools (closing, planning, etc.).
- Focus on value creation on both top line and bottom line.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a Finance partner for the Dysport Asset team and be the primary contact point.
- Support decision-making processes for the GPPS Assets, including mid-term and long-term portfolio prioritization.
- Coordinate between different stakeholders for assumptions collection to support various planning and forecasting cycles.
- Participate in redesigning and standardizing asset reporting.
- Provide insights on the impact of potential acquisitions on commercial P&L and synergies with in-line products.
- Manage budget and forecast cycles and support business review preparation for strategic alliances.
- Lead transactional and monthly closing activities, including calculation of royalties received and margin adjustment.
- Monitor Ipsen supply and invoicing processes.
- Provide insightful analysis on top line and bottom line for actuals and budget/forecast cycles.
- Support decision-making to maximize the potential of the alliances by creating transparency and risk assessments.
- Coordinate and manage operational aspects and accounting considerations to ensure consistency with contractual terms.
- Act as the point of contact for tax optimization and audits from partners.
- Prepare and participate in JFC/JCC meetings and contribute to contract renegotiation.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate University qualifications.
- Over 8 years of finance department work experience in a multinational company.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
- International experience.
- Proven track record as a finance business partner.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
