Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a demonstrated track record of success in previous roles. This position requires a thorough understanding of corporate FP&A function, experience supporting finance and business leaders, and the ability to compile, analyze and model financial data from multiple sources with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Perform corporate FP&A processes and apply financial lens to business inputs.
  • Perform data transformation and analysis to support financial decision-making.
  • Compile expense output from multiple systems/sources with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Improve existing spreadsheets and processes to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor and report monthly revenue (or expense) performance versus budget.
  • Collaborate with regional finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment between budget and actuals, including product, region, and margin reporting initiatives.
  • Design and improve revenue reporting and forecasting tools and processes.
  • Report key business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support aspects of revenue (or expense) reporting, forecasting, and planning; ensure accuracy in base data and analyses.
  • Develop processes and methodologies for reporting and analyzing revenue (or expense) by line of business, product, region, and customer (or vendor) levels.
  • Source, develop, and interpret financial data to provide insights into trends and recommend improvements.
  • Own financial models; ensure accuracy, implement improvements, and drive efficiency.
  • Pro-actively detect and deliver insights within the numbers to support business growth.
  • Lead special projects and perform ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams and lead financial input for transformation activities across the business.
  • Support the creation of business support and strategy decks to communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance with high GPA. MBA, CFA, or relevant certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis in a corporate FP&A function.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
