We are seeking a driven Sr. Financial Analyst. Responsible for financial modeling and analyses. Analyzes internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.) including forecasts for future financial goals. Performs financial evaluation and modelling of potential investment opportunities, impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities. Analyzes external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.).
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:

Month end close and forecasting of our ICS Admin line of business

Reporting and analysis on ICS Segment results including building presentations for our CFO and GMs
-
Capital planning and reporting across ICS derived from strong relationships across our finance and business partners

A strong understanding of GAAP accounting is a benefit for this role (e.g., capitalization, deferrals, amortization). Proficiency in excel is a must; PowerBI & other analytical tools (TM1, Oracle, Anaplan) a plus.

Creation of monthly, quarterly reporting packages and presentations to executive leadership

Management of the ICS Operating Plan and Strategic Plan presentations and supporting documentation

Creation, monitoring, and improvement of segment KPIs
-
Partnering with Corporate FP&A on ad-hoc analysis and BAU deliverables
-
Providing guidance to BU finance management and analyst teams on deadlines and deliverables
-
Driving Operating Plan, Strat Plan, Monthly Results and Monthly Forecasts

Variance Analysis including commentary and presentation of results
Requirements:

Required Experience: 3-6 Years in FP&A, Accounting or Related Field.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Related Field
-
Preferable: MBA, CPA, CFA, MS Degree or equivalent in related field.

High proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications is required.

Experience in financial reporting tools required: TM1 and/or Anaplan Heavily preferred.

Other tools Preferred: Essbase, SmartView, BI, Oracle Analytics

Experience using Power BI or other analytical tools preferred.
