Position Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will join our dynamic Shared Services FP&A team. This role allows you to gain valuable experience within the Healthcare industry by supporting the Customer Experience Center of Excellence organization as well as Corporate Ventures. You will help support our financial management processes through financial reporting, expense management and ad-hoc reports for monthly actuals, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting activities.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Finance including experience in planning and reporting

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and escalation of issues when appropriate.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Broad understanding of basic general ledger software and reporting tools. Experience with SAP S4 Hana and Hyperion are highly desirable, or any of the major finance systems (Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft).
Preferred Qualifications:

Support the monthly financial close, planning and forecasting processes

Perform month-end journal entries, variance analyses, and reporting for multiple areas

Prepare and present monthly variance analysis presentations to senior leadership

Assist in the development of financial plans and continuously analyze financial results through forecast and budget models

Performing ad hoc analysis and financial forecasts for the internal management team and external customers
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
