Objectives:

• Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections:

  • Manage and oversee AR collections for the APJ region and strategic accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

  • Develop strategies to improve collections performance and achieve KPIs.

• UAT Lead for ARCC:

  • Serve as the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lead for ARCC, ensuring system changes meet business requirements and are implemented seamlessly.

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead ARCC automation projects, driving efficiencies and innovation within the AR process.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the ARCC team and IT for Oracle-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with IT, finance, and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.

  • Provide support to India Finance Shared Services on automation initiatives and Power BI dashboard development.

• Escheatment Process Management:

  • Lead the escheatment process in collaboration with tax team and external consultant, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Policy Documentation:

  • Support the drafting, updating, and implementation of AR policies to standardize and enhance processes.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and operational effectiveness.

Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, or related roles.

  • Proven experience in project management and automation initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and Power BI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, including implementation and troubleshooting.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and data analysis tools.

  • Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and processes.

  • Experience with financial modeling and data visualization platforms.
