As a key member of the Prevention & Recovery (P&R) business unit, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Reports to the Finance Director, Operations and Supply Chain International Prevention and Recovery

Business Unit Description

The Prevention & Recovery (P&R) business unit of Enovis focuses on products and solutions designed to prevent injuries, support rehabilitation, and enhance patient recovery. This segment includes Bracing and Support, Rehabilitation, and Digital Health Solutions.

Position Summary

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning for the Production site in Sfax, focusing on Operations and Supply Chain. This role involves monitoring financial performance, cost analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position requires business partnering with senior leadership, contributing to strategic growth, and identifying cost efficiency and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Develop financial models to support decision-making
  • Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and analyze variances
  • Perform cost analysis and manage costing for business units
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Support strategic planning and long-term financial projections
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial and operational improvements

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, and cost accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CPA is a plus
  • Experience in Operations & Supply Chain Finance, preferably in MedTech or manufacturing

Desired Characteristics

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems. Oracle is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
