Senior Finance Manager, Finance

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end reconciliations and month-end closing process to ensure accuracy and accountability of financial record
• Advice financial treatments on structuring deals with Business
• Involve in accounting set up on Equity Derivatives Products
• Complete regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to different stakeholders
• Provide coaching to the team and review work performed by junior team members
• Preparing presentation materials with analytics and insights for senior management meetings
• Responsible on updating procedure documents on key reporting processes
• Process improvements and strengthen internal control
• Participate in Year-end audit and Tax filing
• Assistance in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency

 Requirements

• University graduate with at least 8 years relevant experiences in financial services or financial reporting
• Have technical / product knowledge on Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income
• CPA or equivalent qualification
• Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and ability to collect and assess financial data in efficient and effective way
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• High level of work ethics, professional integrity and compliance of internal control policies
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills.  Good team players
