JOB DESCRIPTION:
Month end closing
-
Ensure timely and accurate record of financial information and provide analysis of variance to LBE and Plan, supporting both SG and MY CoreDx division for both balance sheet and P&L.

Reporting inventory split report to Area Finance

Performs CPRR reconciliation on a quarterly basis
-
Weekly sales reporting to the commercial team
-
Regular review of Balance Sheet to ensure timeliness and accuracy of record
-
Coordinate with CFS/ shared services on accounting entries required

Prepare journals for month end closing
-
Support in driving GMI projects such as FOC reduction and CPRR efficiency
Annual Costing Process

Supporting loading of transfer prices in system
Other Duties

Improvement projects

Loading of customer prices (per contract)

Mapping of customer data (MDM)

Act as the first line of approval for Finance

Ad hoc analysis
Requirements:
-
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
-
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis / business partnering with strong financial understanding and modeling skills

Experience in Audit or Big Four would be advantageous
-
Able to translate strategic goals and initiatives into effective financial interpretation to support and delivery of goals and initiatives.

Integration and change management skills and hands on experience preferred
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in interfacing between functional departments

Good understanding and experience of business processes in a global organization
-
Analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex processes to improve efficiency
-
Continuous improvement mindset to look for efficiencies.
