What You'll Do:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, market positioning, competition, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Utilise your strategic mindset to build, own, and execute a strategy that focuses on pipeline development for the sales team and awareness of Datadog in the Nordics and Benelux regions.
  • Create regional field marketing plans utilising regional market knowledge in collaborating with the wider marketing team such as Demand gen, marketing operations and partner marketing to drive strategic planning with clear KPIs, goals, forecasts, workflows, and enablement plans.
  • As a strategic partner across the GTM org, this role will keep the teams informed of the full marketing strategy, their actionable resources, and analysis on what is driving buyer interest in the region.
  • Work with demand generation teams based in the US to regionalize content and optimise messaging for landing pages, email marketing, and paid ads for audience acquisition to regional events and drive engagement for digital campaigns.
  • Develop and deploy field events/programs that deliver the right leads at the right time.
  • Utilise your knowledge of field channels to optimise the regional field marketing strategy and evaluate the success of each program to help inform future plans and roadmaps.
  • Use your solution-oriented approach and outstanding organisational skills to meet deadlines while balancing multiple projects, business partners, and priorities.
  • Proactively collaborate with the partner, sponsored event, and customer event marketing teams, forging strong alliances to enhance existing programs. Integrate their events seamlessly into the overall field marketing strategy, aiming to maximise the ROI on current marketing expenditures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to oversee end-to-end program management.


Who You Are:

  • Solution-oriented, highly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team manager and individual contributor.
  • Passionate about and an expert in delivering compelling field event experiences.
  • Stellar communication and relationship building skills that help you connect with a range of people, from entry-level employees to the C-suite.

  • Thrive on data and engage with systems to collect, analyse and share data relative to your programs for pipeline planning.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, ability to follow through, and capable of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
  • 6-7+ years of relevant field marketing experience in B2B SaaS marketing to the enterprise.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in English, additional language skills (Dutch, Swedish) a plus
  • Ability to create regional marketing plans and communicate the plans to sales.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite, project management and sales enablement workflows.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
