Senior Experimentation Data Analyst

This team comprises experts who specialize in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data, as well as building predictive models using machine learning algorithms. The Data team also takes pride in creating robust ETLs and dashboards that allow other teams to monitor, plan, and achieve their goals effectively.

As a Senior Experimentation Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, monitoring and assessing A/B tests that we conduct in order to improve our customers’ experience from purchase to onboarding and throughout their lifecycle.

If you want to:

• Support decision-making process by independently leading analytics efforts related to A/B testing;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and facilitate ongoing strategic discussions; 
• Drill down into the user behaviors and determine what makes them tick and provide insights and recommendations based on that; 
• Lead the data reporting automation activities;
• Build exceptionally intuitive, informative, and elegant dashboards;
• Contribute to designing data structures for reporting activities.

And you can check off:

• 2+ years of experience in analytical roles;
• Experience with A/B testing – test design validation, in-test monitoring, and post-test analyses;
• Excellent and proven SQL skills;
• Experience in working with visualization software (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Grafana, etc.);
• Track record in the fields of e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing is a plus;
• Passion for data, analysis, visualization, and technology;
• Motivation to learn & willingness to improve;
• Knowledge of Python and dbt is a plus.
