YOUR ROLE:

The Sr. Experience Strategist will be a critical driver of client success across a growing Healthcare and pharma vertical. This role is ideal for a dynamic thinker who can balance strategic expertise in healthcare with insights and practices from diverse industries to deliver holistic, human-centered experiences. The Sr. Experience Strategist will collaborate across teams to design and execute strategies that are data-driven, customer-centric, and innovative. It is an entrepreneurial role for an individual who is interested in contributing to the development of an account with high growth potential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and lead comprehensive experience strategies for key client accounts, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
  • Map and design customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to enhance user experiences.
  • Analyze customer behavior, develop personas, and use segmentation modeling to create targeted strategies.
  • Develop and optimize CRM strategies that identify, capture, and nurture consumers across their entire journey with a brand, creating experiences that span across a range of channels, including web, email, mobile, direct mail, and social.
  • Gather and synthesize data from diverse research sources to inform decision-making, prioritize opportunities, and develop impactful customer experience (CX) strategies, ensuring actionable insights are seamlessly integrated into solutions.
  • Collaborate and partner with leadership from client services, technology, analytics and creative teams to help diagnose business problems and draft briefing materials for strategic and creative deliverables. 
  • Serve as collaborative member of a client team, including participation and or facilitation of brainstorms, work sessions, creative development reviews, reporting, etc.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to address challenges and uncover opportunities.
  • Define success metrics for strategies and partner with analytics teams to evaluate and optimize performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in strategic planning or experience strategy, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Proven expertise in healthcare and pharma verticals, including a strong understanding of regulatory constraints and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping, narrative creation, persona development, and segmentation modeling.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills with strict attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and creating impactful PowerPoint or Keynote presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating accountability and delivering quality outcomes independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Oncology HCP
  • Background in additional verticals (e.g., retail, technology, financial services) to bring diverse perspectives to the role.
  • Successfully working in an IAT model
  • Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and technologies that drive engaging customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in experience design frameworks.

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
