We are looking for a Senior Executive Tenant Relations to join us!

Key Responsibilities

Lease Management

  • Work with the Asset Manager to provide guidance to Marketing team for onboarding of new tenants.

  • Responsible for new leases and renewals, from rent negotiation, preparation and execution of lease agreement.

  • Submit weekly updates of lease renewal activities.

  • Track lease and security deposit expiries to ensure timely renewals and payments.

  • Manage arrears, including monitoring and follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Assist in annual lease renewal budgeting.

  • Coordinate with other department to ensure effective and efficient operation of the property.

  • Involve in asset enhancement initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Plan and implement Customer Care Programme.

  • Plan and implement customer visitation schedule.

  • Build long-term relationship with customers on behalf of the company.

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, and closing the loop with the customers satisfactorily.

  • Liaise with the Property Manager for customer service, handing- and taking-over of premises, etc.

  • Explore space expansion opportunities with existing customers.

  • Assist in conducting annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

  • And any other duties assigned by the Company.

Essential requirements for this role :

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with CEA license.

  • Ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate, confident to work with various stakeholders of different profiles
