Job Description

We play an integral part in making Publicis Groupe a great place to work by implementing best-practice programms to attract, recruit, develop, groom, retain the best and brightest talent and work together in branding PG as the Employer of Choice. We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder and collaborator as a Senior Executive - Talent Transformation Business Partner (TTBP) to support the TTBP Director in driving our talent strategies in your markets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to build relationships across the talent team and the Groupe’s stakeholders, connect with the Groupe’s leaders, learn the business and the industry at large and understand the organizational structure.

•Work with the market TTBP to deliver excellent service by providing support for talent related activities and helping to roll out the People Strategies

•Support on driving talent initiatives across verticals:

-Performance cycle check-ins, day to day guidance on career progression and performance improvement actions when necessary

-Education program needs and progress

-C&E regional and locally relevant initiative implementation

•Identify and surface trends in qualitative and quantitative data to assist in decision-making, tie analyses back into business priorities and help improve organizational health.

•Assist with identifying opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience in partnership with the market TTBP to recommend innovative and locally relevant solutions.

•Serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and managers, handling talent-related inquiries, assisting in providing policy guidance and interpretation. Escalate when necessary to market TTBP.

•Maintain accurate and timely talent mapping data and organization charts, tracking talent movement.

Qualifications

•Demonstrated ability to use reporting & analytics in summarizing information, generating insights and tailoring the findings back to different audiences.
•High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and be able to synthesize data and package executive summaries.
•Strong analytical and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
•Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving organization and to prioritize effectively.
•A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to share new ideas and help create solutions for talent initiatives and teams’ challenges.
•An ability to be both strategic and tactical
•An ability to connect well with employees, with a high degree of empathy while being able to maintain a strong business orientation.
•Motivation to contribute to an organizational culture built upon trust, integrity, inclusion and respect.
