Job Title - Senior Executive Research & Development

Role Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
This role delivers technical output that delivers on the innovation business KPIs/needs. The individual is expected to support projects, new initiatives and work streams under the supervision/guidance from line manager and more senior specialists. Leveraging commercial and consumer insights, the individual will support technically on cross functional project teams. This role will involve broadening experience via project work in different disciplines and research programs.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: • Masters in Chemistry/Bio-chemistry/Micro-biology/Bio-technology from reputed institution with relevant/demonstrated experience in industrial R&D is preferred.
Experience: • 1-2 Years of relevant project and/or research experience (food or beverage). May include experience contributing in research project teams.
Knowledge & skills: • Sound technical understanding of subject.
• Data generation, interpretation skills and management, presentation skills.
• Working knowledge on the use of statistics for data validation.
• Ability to interpret data and make scientific conclusions.
Best Suited for someone who• Has excellent technical understanding of subject, curiosity to learn and to use learnings in new experimentations.
• Has the natural ability of simplifying an apparently complex situation and contribute in solving tech issues.
• Well developed/keen to develop interpersonal skills, Numeracy skills, Communication skills, Team working skills.

• Demonstrated understanding of one scientific discipline and working knowledge of others.
• Employs scientific understanding to solve technical, R&D-related problems

• Reports research results to Technical and Innovation management, with clear communication of technical achievements and business impact.
