- Responsible to achieve a complete design engineering, documentations, estimates, tender reports, construction execution and commissioning for assigned projects.
- Monitor compliance to safety, applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with Project Manager, Client and Vendor/Suppliers on the site works and progress to ensure smooth project execution.
- To prepare and solve issues which causes project to overrun from key deadlines.
- Attend and coordinate kick-off meetings at site with client, contractor and project team.
- Shall be responsible for monitoring works carried out by the contractor at site. Including reporting to customers on progress/issues arising at site.
- Perform and manage all stages of project execution (procurement, engineering/design, construction, commissioning, and handover) together with project team.
- Prepare final documentation according to client’s and project requirements.
- Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to.
- Maintain and ensure the client/stakeholders are satisfied with the works commence to ensure sustainable and continuous business relationship.
- Responsible for ensuring that required Quality System / standard is followed in all daily activities. All QA procedures/standard and guidelines are followed.
- Provide assistance for Long Term Service Assistance (LTSA) assistance for site works.
- Participate in safety, process and/or improvement exercises conducted.
