Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Perform monthly expense variance analysis

2. Responsible for the balance sheet schedules (AP, AR, Inventory)

3. Responsible for the month end closing tasks

4. Maintain Accounts Payable ledger in Oracle ERP system

5. Support in treasury related activities 

6. Preparation of management reports as requested by the stakeholders 

7. Assist in implementing internal controls

1. Adhere to/support the ISO 9001/2000 procedures. 

2. Support and maintain the health and Safety standards in the company.

3. Adhere to/Support & follow the Environmental Management system.

4. Continuously improve and develop your knowledge and skills in the job through training and development initiatives provided to you by the company.

5. Responsible that company policies , procedures and regulations are followed at all times and to protect confidentiality of company and work related information at all times

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1. Advance skills in Ms Excel, and Google suite 

2. Good numerical skills

3. Excellent communication

4. Interpersonal skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• • Bachelors degree in finance/ Accountancy/ Economics/ Business Administration or a passed finalist of ICA, CIMA or ACCA

• Two or more years of experience as an Executive in a mercantile environment

• Hands on experience in Oracle ERP system or any other ERP system will be an added advantage
