Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager to lead event marketing globally for our brand. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences that resonate with our community and reinforce our brand identity. We’re looking for people who think outside the box and ideate iconic moments for the brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize plan, and manage a range of high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses, ensuring each event embodies our brand's essence and values.
- Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies that align seamlessly with marketing objectives and brand guidelines, positioning our brand as a global leader.
- Oversee and control event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure efficiency, quality, and a outstanding event experience.
- Coordinate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, PR, Product Development) and external vendors to achieve flawless execution and cohesion across all event components.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams and partners to ensure the delivery of world-class events, tailored to local market needs.
- Conduct thorough analyses of event performance and generate detailed reports, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and enhanced ROI.
- 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in event planning software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful large-scale events.
- Understanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscape.
