You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Drive the technical vision and roadmap for your team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and improvements.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and security of our systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them grow in their careers.
Your team will:
- Work on challenging projects that solve real-world problems for our customers.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software that meets the needs of our users.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate new features and improvements.
- Continuously improve our development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure the availability and reliability of our systems.
About you:
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development and architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive technical projects from concept to completion.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
