Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath
- Document workflows, learn standards and best practices, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Deploy RPA bots and manage their operational stability.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions.
- Work closely with senior developers, Solution Architects to understand requirements, provide input on technical feasibility
- Stay updated with the latest developments in UiPath and RPA technologies improving your functional and technical skills. Maintain basic familiarity with current and emerging technical trends.
- Provide regular and transparent updates on task progress.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of RPA Developer experience. At least 8+ RPA projects (end to end implementation, not just PoC) should be executed in UiPath.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, specifically with UiPath (versions 2023.10.4).
- Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on Python/Java/C# , Power shell scripting.
- Working knowledge of data formats such as JSON, XML, or Excel.
- Basic knowledge of handling large data and how to access and manipulate stored data.
- Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
- Any Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and/or Action Center is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
