Responsible in customer complaint management to ensure full compliance.
- Perform customer complaint investigations
- Coordinate collaboration between departments to support customer complaint investigations
- Perform customer complaint trending for analysis purpose
- New Hire Orientation trainer for Quality/Complaint topic
- Provide complaint data for cockpit/site KPI reporting in a timely manner
- Support Quality Improvement projects for the manufacturing and product quality to reduce customer complaint rate
- Provide support in any other Quality Compliance activities
- Responsible to adhere to the Alcon Code of Business Conducts and Alcon Health and Safety Environment Standards
- Responsible to observe and ensure full compliance with information security policy
