JR71371 Senior Engineer -Memory Circuit Design Verification
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced verification Engineer with a strong background in IP block-level verification. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, debugging and supporting Gate level verification in a System Verilog UVM environment. The role involves working on advanced memory architectures, ensuring functional accuracy, and collaborating across teams for high-quality deliverables. Through understanding of timing related issues and corresponding debug in GLS is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate Test Bench components for DRAM and related memory architectures.
- Design and implement System Verilog UVM testbench and test cases.
- Collaborate with circuit and architecture teams to understand custom circuits and translate them into test bench functions.
- Debug and resolve issues related to design, functionality, and performance in TB environment.
- Optimize TB environment for high simulation performance and accuracy.
- Provide support for customer queries.
Required Skills (Must-Have):
- DRAM Block-Level Design Expertise: Strong understanding of DRAM architecture, protocols, and functional blocks.
- Verification Skills: Proficiency in System Verilog and UVM for design verification.
- SV & UVM : Hands-on experience in developing and validating different components in TB environment.
- Custom Circuit Debugging Ability to understand and debug custom circuit behavior.
- Testcase Development Strong capability in creating and executing comprehensive test cases for verification.
Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have):
- Customer Support Experience in assisting customers issue resolution related to TB environment.
- Understanding related blocks like ECC (Error Correction Code), data aligners, JTAG, or IEEE 1500.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work in cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance where required.
- Scripting and Automation: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation tasks is a plus.
- Understanding of state of the art simulator features for enhancing productivity during run times or while debugging.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in design and verification, with a focus on behavioral modeling and DRAM architecture.
