Role Summary:
As a Senior Analyst, you will work with members of our Technology teams to design and deliver the platforms, tools, and processes
necessary to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience in the luxury e-commerce world. Your focus will be on
improving delivery of runtime systems, building monitoring and incident response capabilities, and automating monitoring and automatic
feedback systems for our development, staging, and production systems. You will work directly with development, quality assurance and
operations, and product management team members to gather requirements, analyze the technical landscape, and deliver solutions.

Key Qualifications:
● Between 4-6 years’ experience in DevOps and SRE projects.
● Proficiency in core Retail technology areas (domain understanding of business models and retail architecture).
● Working knowledge of AWS services and Terraform.
● Must be open to, and able to write Infrastructure as code (IaaC).
● Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GoCD or CircleCI.
● Should be aware of cybersecurity practices (Akamai and/or Datadome exposure preferred)
● Experience in Change and Release management.
● Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, and able to adapt in a diverse working environment.
● Proven and quantifiable track-record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
● Good formal and informal communication skills in English (written and verbal).
● A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Role Description:
● Analyze and code independently, quickly assessing and prioritizing the severity and impact of support issues as they arise.
● Analyze root causes and create innovative solutions to recurring data issues and bugs with an automation mindset.
● Monitor and evaluate Saks front-end applications, web platform, and integrations with back-end systems, respond to incidents
and correct and improve systems to reduce outages and customer disruptions.
● Collaborate with product management, software engineering, and QA teams to ensure best practices and maintain high
standards for: availability, performance, data security, data privacy, and customer experience
● Mentor and train new / junior team members through exemplary design and implementation of solutions, dedicated time
investment in knowledge sharing and pairing, and professional responses to challenging situations
● Reasonable tier 2 on-call responsibilities driven by tools, such as OpsGenie and Datadog.
● Research emerging technologies for application in the Saks consumer experience
