Acciona Energy India is currently looking for candidates for the position of Senior Engineer BOP in Operations and Maintenance Department.
Job Description
1. Co-ordinating with CECOER for all high voltage operations, outages, preventive, and break down maintenances of all high voltage assets in Bannur and Chitradurga
2. Ensuring Safety of operations and maintenance, outage process follow up, corrective and preventive maintenance process, improvement of high voltage asset life through periodical inspections, QSE implementations, ISO system process through safe & economical ways.
3. Daily site visits, regular up gradation, and training of people at site. 4. Travelling between sites in case of emergency deputation.
5. New improvement ideas, sharing of knowledge and contributing over all high voltage operations across ACCIONA Energy India.
6. Regular reporting of high voltage assets about – daily happenings, maintenance plan, breakdown details and action taken, Coordination with KPTCL, NHAI, forest, Local panchayat, and other government officials for site related issues to site manager and O&M head (in case required).
7. Monthly generation readings related government co ordinations, yearly CEIG inspection co ordinations preparation of form B, responsible for submission of invoices to KPTCL.
8. Ensure smooth coordination with other companies like – VESTAS and subcontracting companies in all sites for high voltage operations.
9. Responsible for predictive maintenances of electrical systems, UG cables, transformers, and associated equipment.
10. Responsible for Study and analyse the breakdown and prepare RCA for High voltage break downs and corrective actions
11. Responsible for Zero accident and no procedural breaches KPI in high voltage operations.
12. To Attend Preventive maintenance as per schedule; ensure WEG's and related equipment’s are maintained in neat and technically acceptable conditions according to standard engineering practices
13. Need to prepare Monthly,Quaterly & yearly turbine performance report ,MTTR & MTBF reports
14. Need to prepare DGR & analyse turbine alarms which is repeatedly appering & find out the the root cause
15. Need to attend Turbine immediate correctives
Required Skills and Competencies
Education: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics from reputed/recognized university.
Year of experience – 07 to 09 years in similar field
