Role Description
- As a Assistant Vice President for Technology in Cash Management team, you will partner with business, technology managers and Risk and Control team to create and maintain the application stack and execute strategical programs. You’ll be an integral part of the bank’s infrastructure, guiding the Corporate Bank Technology team through the engineering practices. You will enable the digital environment that helpss our people share their knowledge, expertise and real passion for our business. Your key responsibilities
- Analyze and gather requirements for new implementations and change requests
- Project Estimation
- Detailed Technical specification and mapping specification in coordination with cross technology team
- Develops ITX typetrees, maps, and system related to the mapping specification
- Develops testing strategies for efficient and error free testing
- Coding with best practices in mind.
- Collaborating with business analysts and business partners.
- Post go-live support
- Involves in technical enhancements and automation of reprocessing of messages in case of environment outage
- Involves in training the teams members on technical and functional aspects
Your skills and experience
- 8+ years of experience working with ITX and/or WTX technology
- 3 years of experience working with PL/SQL
- Git knowledge
- Ability to develop a functional approach
- Rigor, availability, good communication skills
- Proactivity, initiative, and tenacity
- Ability to coordinate several technical interlocutors and to solve problems
- Developing and implementing technical solutions
- Collaborating with business analysts and business partners
- Coding with best practices in mind
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Analyze and gather requirements and new implementations and change requests
- Develop testing strategies for efficient and error-free testing
- Deploy the ITX systems in UNIX and LINUX
