In this role, you will take the lead in creating and maintaining advanced Drupal websites and applications that meet our clients' specific needs. As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with other team members to gather requirements and translate them into innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Drupal development process from inception to deployment, ensuring quality and performance
- Develop custom modules and themes tailored to client specifications
- Maintain and optimize existing Drupal applications for speed, security, and scalability
- Integrate with various third-party APIs and services to enhance functionality
- Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced developers
- Continuously research and implement new features and updates to improve our Drupal projects
- Work collaboratively with designers and front-end developers to create seamless user experiences
- Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold coding standards
- Ensure comprehensive documentation for all development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 4 years of practical experience with Drupal, including recent versions (8/9)
- Strong coding skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with creating custom modules and themes for Drupal
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
- Understanding of web services, APIs, and integration techniques
- Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines
