We’re looking for a Senior Document Controller based in Manila. This role it's pivotal in driving efficiency, compliance, and best practices in engineering documentation.

What you’ll do:
- Document Management – Maintain and enforce document control standards, ensuring alignment with Aggreko’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Process Optimisation – Improve document workflows using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Aconex/Procore.
- Compliance & Audits – Support ISO 9001 accreditation and internal audits.
- Data Integrity – Ensure accuracy, version control, and security of engineering documentation.
- Collaboration – Work with engineering, quality, and project teams to enhance document accessibility and efficiency.
- Training & Support – Provide guidance to internal teams on document management best practices.
- Automation & Digitization – Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Experience and Skill Specifications
- Qualifications – Diploma or degree in Document Management, IT, or Engineering.
- Experience – 7+ years in document control within an engineering or industrial environment.
- Technical Skills – Proficiency in SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, AutoCAD Vault, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Attention to Detail – Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach.
- Communication – Excellent stakeholder engagement and training capabilities.
- Commitment to Best Practices – Understanding of ISO 9001 standards, internal audits, and compliance monitoring.
