As the leader of this Pre-Sales team, you are responsible for the performance and development of business and solutions consultants in North America.  You will develop strong relationships across SeatGeek’s Sales, Client Success, Services, and R&D teams. You will support Sales directly while leading the strategy, development, and execution of the pre-sales function. You will also own, nurture, and develop our most strategic technical partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Be responsible for recruiting, performance, and development of our business and solutions consultants in North America
  • Support sales in selling named new accounts and client success in renewing key clients
  • Design and deliver workshops, assessments, and strategies directly to prospects and customers, including the largest and most well-known sports teams and venues in the world
  • Be an industry expert by researching industry trends, understanding best practices, and working directly with SeatGeek clients
  • Own, nurture, and grow our most strategic technical partnerships across the sports technology space
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, legal, and other SeatGeek functions to represent the voice of the customer and needs of the industry

What you have

  • Previous experience leading sales consulting teams, ideally in software, sports, or related industries with long, complex sales cycles 
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching, developing, and team management
  • Demonstrable experience in understanding and solving complex technology,  business, and integration issues
  • Experience working with senior executives both internally and at prospects and clients
  • World-class presentation and storytelling skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with a passion for helping others solve complex problems both internally and externally
  • Excitement about being a disruptor. We are going against a monopolist. This is difficult and rewarding. We need someone who is a fighter and resilient

The salary range for this role is $306,000 - $333,000 USD. For roles based in our sales organization, the range provided reflects the roles On Target Earnings, which means the range includes both the annual base salary and the incentive target for the role. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
