Position Overview:Position Type: Full-TimeLocation: Remote - United States onlySalary: $130,935 - $141,593/yr – Exempt
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual with a passion for education and a strong track record in relationship-building, collaboration, and partner-centric communication. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of the K-12 education landscape, with a deep understanding of school districts' needs and how to support effective implementation of educational products and services. A strong background in education nonprofits, as well as familiarity with developing and maintaining collaborative business partnerships, is essential.
Key qualities we’re looking for include:
Relationship Building & Communication: Ability to cultivate strong, lasting relationships, and effectively communicate across diverse audiences.
Partner-Centric Approach: Experience establishing collaborative agreements with partners that offer a variety of products and services that support schools and districts with IM implementation.
Expertise in K-12 Education and Curriculum Implementation: Deep knowledge of the K-12 education system, the nature of educational funding and the landscape of organizations that offer implementation related products and services.
Business Acumen: Business-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate contract agreements, processes, and procedures on the back end.
Collaboration Skills: A strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various departments and external parties to achieve shared goals.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience working in organizations that support K-12 school districts, with a focus on curriculum implementation and professional learning.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing large-scale projects or teams, with a focus on partnership management within the education sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Intermediate skills with collaborative cloud-based systems such as Asana and Lattice.
- Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience designing and implementing training and resources for educational leaders and coaches.
- Experience supporting school and district leaders with all phases of curriculum adoption and implementation, experience specific to IM K-12 Math.
