Corporate Business Development is shaping the future of our organization by identifying, executing, and integrating strategic opportunities that drive long-term growth. Bringing together Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Pharma Partnering (PP) under one roof, we are dedicated to sourcing innovation, expanding our portfolio, and seamlessly integrating new assets and collaborations. We work across therapeutic areas and geographies, leveraging our expertise in business development, deal execution, and alliance and integration management to create value for our patients and stakeholders.
The Opportunity
The (Senior) Director M&A Integration is responsible for leading the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into the Roche/ Genentech organization on the Pharma side. This role involves managing sophisticated integration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all aspects of the merger or acquisition are driven seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M&A integrations, outstanding project management and IT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and senior leadership. The selected candidate will work functionally with the M&A Head of Integrations (Pharma) and Real-Estate Transactions (I&RE) and reports to the Global Head of Alliance and Asset Management.

Who You Are
With a strong academic background, you hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a Science-related field. This foundation has equipped you with the strategic and analytical skills crucial for success in M&A integrations. Demonstrating at least 7 years of confirmed experience in M&A and/or Business Development (BD), you have a consistent record of successfully leading and driving complex integration initiatives within multifaceted corporate environments.
